The Secret Weapon I Use to Always Get What I Want

One of the best compliments I’ve ever gotten is that I’m “the kind of friend that you could call to bury a body, and she would show up with a shovel and not ask any questions.”

The other one is that “you always find a way to get what you want.”

That second one was absolutely a back-handed compliment. The person who said it does not like that about me.

But it’s true. When I make up my mind that I want something, or that I’m going to do something, it is basically set in stone.

I WILL find a way to make it happen.

Wanna know how I do it?

Of course you do.

I don’t have some magic ability, and this is something that you can do too.

The secret is Human Design.

I’ve mentioned it a few times before, but it’s kinda woo-woo (okay, it’s VERY woo-woo). It’s a “holistic self-knowledge system combining astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah and Vedic philosophy” combine with quantum physics.

But it’s also crazy accurate.

Like, honestly, I haven’t seen or read a chart yet that wasn’t spot on.

Once you know what type you are (there are only 5), you will learn how to approach the world.

I am a Manifestor, and I just need to decide what I want and go after it. But if I want to get what I want, I need to inform the people around me, so I can invite them to participate in my project.

Two of my kids are projectors, and they need to know what they want to do/be/make in the world, but they have to wait for someone to invite them to participate. Once they’ve been invited, they move into their zone of genius and start making magic.

My husband and other son are Manifesting Generators. They need to be ready with what they want to do, but they have to wait to respond until they get the go ahead from their gut. Once they get the all systems are go signal, they need to inform (like a Manifestor) and get rolling. (There are some nuances here, that I’ll address later).

There are two other types, Generators and Reflectors. Generators also have to wait to respond until their gut says yes, and Reflectors have to wait 30 days before they make a decision on anything.

Knowing and understanding the strategy for your type, and how you personally process decisions is the key to always getting what you want.

I’ve only known my type, strategy and authority for about a year, so obviously, I haven’t always consciously been using it to help me know which direction to go in - but when I look back at the things that have worked out for me, it’s always been when I follow the formula designed for me.
