Carey Kirkella creates custom image libraries for purpose-driven missions, organizations and entrepreneurs.

One of her personal photo projects is called Sisters & Survivors, portraits of breast cancer survivors with their sisters. It is a tribute to her sister, who she and her family lost to the disease in 2013. It’s also an awareness campaign specifically for the needs of people living with Stage IV (metastatic) breast cancer.

Carey is also passionate about mental health, and she is currently developing courses and workshops about using photography as a mindfulness practice and as a tool for self awareness.
