What  is an Online Business Manager?

An Online Business Manager (OBM) is like a VA, but on steroids. I don’t manage your calendar, schedule calls and deal with customer service. I run all the nuts and bolts that comprise the working parts of your business.

Including, but not limited to:

  • Resolves issues that arise effectively and promptly
  • Creates systems, processes and procedures to drive efficiencies across the organization
  • Web design, development and content management
  • Funnel and list management 
  • Project Management
  • Facilitates weekly touchpoints with team members to ensure all projects and deadlines are on track
  • Deep understanding of digital space (list building, sales funnels, automations)
  • Experience with event coordination, and I freaking love to travel (hint, hint)

Basically, I make everything work together seamlessly, so you can do what you do best.  

WhY am I who you are looking for?

Years ago, a client I was working for asked me what my strengths were. I didn’t have a good answer, because I never really thought about the things that I’m really good at as strengths. I guess none of us really do, mostly because we don’t realize not everyone is also good at those things.

She had me take the Clifton Strengthsfinder Quiz and read the book that goes along with, and honestly, it was a life-changing event.

My top five strengths were WOO, Maximizer, Activator, Self-Assurance and Strategic.

If you aren’t familiar with any of that, I’ll explain quickly.

WOO = Winning Others Over, and is what I do very best. I’m great at making connections and convincing people to believe in whatever I’m selling. This is a powerful thing, and I promise only to use it for good. (lol)

Maximizer means I take good things and make them great. Activator means I don’t sit around and discuss; I get to work. I’m self-assured to the point of ridiculousness, and Strategic just means I’m good at seeing patterns, connecting dots and making a plan to get from A to B that works every time.

I work fast, I deliver what I promise, and I’m super fun to work with. 

I’ve been at this so long that I’ve used programs that don’t even exist anymore, but I’m hella good at the tech stuff, so even if I haven’t used what you are currently using, I will learn it fast. 

I’m a great communicator, I have clear boundaries, and I am great with organization + meeting deadlines.  

My WOO attribute means I have an easy time getting along with almost anyone, and even though I can be blunt, I try to always be fair and kind.

Why a retainer vs just when I need Help?

  • If you know that you will need design and/or development services thoughout the year, but don’t want to hire a full-time in-house person, my retainer package is for you.
  • You get a discounted rate compared to my normal hourly rate and a la carte rates.
  • You have peace of mind with a guaranteed amount of work each month.
  • You pay a set amount each month for the duration of your contract and don’t have to worry about fluctuating fees.
  • You get the access to a professional without the overhead costs of an employee.

 

How does it work?

A retainer fee is like a monthly fee. It is paid up front each month before work is ordered. Essentially, you are paying for time versus a specific service.

Based on the retainer package you select, I will block out my schedule with the appropriate amount of hours each month and plan my workload accordingly. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month, without having to worry about what other client projects are ahead of you!

Pricing Guidelines

These are just starting points. What your retainer will look like will be wholly personalized to what YOUR business needs. 

BASIC RETAINER

  • 15 hours per month
  • Priority service in projects
  • 1 call per month to review project load

Investment: $1500/month

DELUXE RETAINER

  • 25 hours per month
  • Priority service in projects
  • 1 call per month to review project load

Investment: $2700/month

PREMIUM RETAINER

  • 40 hours per month (10 hours per week)
  • Priority service in projects
  • 1 call per month to review project load

Investment: $4000/month

Ok, I’m in. How do I sign up?

 

1. Get in Touch.

I want to learn all about your business and goals. We’ll review your business needs and upcoming projects.

2. Sign on the dotted line and submit your first monthly.

Once the paperwork is completed and the first retainer fee is paid, we will discuss all your projects needed for the month and get to work! Prior to the 2nd month, we will have a phone call to review the next month’s priorities.

3. Rinse & Repeat

We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the program you selected.
