I highly recommend these folks/companies. I either used them directly, or I know of people who found success with them.

Some approaches are better than others – this is an individual process.

ACCC saved my butt. Without them, I would have been paying outrageous payments every month. They called the card companies and negotiated a fair interest rate for me. I highly recommend giving them a call.

I cannot recommend You Need a Budget more. It’s a fantastic program that makes it super easy to budget your income. I hate budgets, but this one is great.

Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University is a great place to start on the path to being debt free. I did not use his system, but I know people who have, and they loved it.
